Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and submit a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs to our Asian warehouse are the customer's responsibility, and any customs or import fees are also the customer's responsibility.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@isabelamarbella.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your package and where to send it. Returned items without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bras and underwear, regardless of whether they have been tried on or worn.
Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refund process
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
In case of litigation
In the event of a dispute between the customer and the consumer regarding our products/services, the cost of resolving the dispute will be shared equally between both parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
