Yes, we accept returns, but we apply certain conditions to guarantee the quality of our garments to all our customers.

Return Period: You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Condition: The dress must be unworn, free of marks, stains, perfume, or makeup, and with all tags attached. Worn or damaged items cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once we inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days using your original payment method.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, you can return the dress and place a new order for the correct size.

Due to the large number of orders for our current sale, there will be a slight delay in shipping. Please rest assured that all orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on your geographic location, delivery may take approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Although we ship to all countries, some islands are excluded from our delivery area. If your country is available at checkout, we will ship to your country. We also offer standard international shipping with tracking at no additional cost on all orders.

To maintain the quality and durability of your dress, follow these instructions:

Washing: Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle inside a laundry bag.

Drying: Do not wring. Air dry in the shade to prevent warping.

Ironing: If necessary, use steam or a low heat setting on the reverse side. Fabrics like satin, chiffon, and silk are delicate and can be damaged by excessive heat.

Storage: Hang on a padded hanger or fold inside a garment bag to prevent wrinkles.
